Our firm's concentration in the nonprofit organization field includes the tax and corporate law needs of public charities, private foundations, and charitable trusts. We represent a number of large and small nonprofit organizations, and we have never had an application for exemption or request for letter ruling turned down by the Internal Revenue Service. Our attorneys in this field include Wendell R. Bird, Jonathan T. McCants, and Martín Muñoz.
